9 inspection contents for universities and colleges from February 2025

Article 6 of Circular 28/2024/TT-MOET of the Ministry of Education and Training (effective from February 10, 2025) stipulates the content of specialized inspection of universities and pedagogical colleges as follows:

1. Issuance of internal management documents and dissemination and education of laws; building of organizational apparatus; implementation of regulations on publicity in the field of education; internal inspection work and implementation of regulations on organization and operation according to the school's organization and operation regulations.

2. Implementation of regulations on training facility standards, training program standards; admission regulations; training regulations; training linkages; regulations on opening training majors; compilation, selection, appraisal, approval and use of teaching materials and textbooks; printing and management of diplomas and certificates.

3. Management, education of learners and policies and regimes for learners.

4. Conditions for ensuring educational quality; educational quality assessment.

5. Implement regulations on collection and management of tuition fees and other financial resources.

6. Organizing scientific and technological activities; applying, developing and transferring technology; performing scientific services; organizing international cooperation activities in education.

7. International cooperation activities, training links with foreign elements.

8. Carry out political education tasks; student affairs and physical education.

9. Perform other tasks as prescribed by law.

Thus, specialized inspection of universities and pedagogical colleges is regulated as above.
