    Article 154 of the 2024 Land Law stipulates the revenues from public land services as follows:

    1. Service of providing information and data on land.

    2. Land survey service.

    3. Services of land registration, issuance of Certificates of land use rights, ownership of assets attached to land.

    4. Consulting service for land price determination.

    5. Other services as prescribed by law.

    Thus, revenues from public land services are regulated as above.
