Cases of dismissal of inspectors from August 2025

The Lao Dong Newspaper Legal Consulting Office replied:

Clause 1, Article 13 of Decree 216/2025/ND-CP detailing and guiding the implementation of the Law on Inspection (effective from August 5, 2025) stipulates that the dismissal of inspectors is carried out in the following cases:

a) job loss, job transfer;

b) Convicted by a Court and a judgment or decision that has come into legal effect;

c) Performing prohibited acts as prescribed in Article 6 of the Law on Inspection;

d) Failure to complete inspection tasks for 01 year;

d) A person who is placed or appointed to a position has intentionally declared an untrue dossier;

e) Other cases as prescribed by law on cadres, civil servants, and public employees.

Thus, from August 5, 2025, the dismissal of inspectors is carried out in accordance with the above regulations.
