Regarding the property issue, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment has directed, what the Ministry Inspectorate can use is brought with them. In terms of finance, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment Inspectorate in collaboration with the review office for implementation. For inspections and examination is being conducted, the Deputy Minister asked the Ministry Inspectorate to complete before handing over to the Government Inspectorate.
Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Phuong Hoa suggested that the work contents such as: closing insurance, repayment, and property must be completed according to the time limit as required by the Government Inspectorate; Including the tasks of the unit before moving, and advising the leadership to issue a decision to stop the inspections.
At the same time, it is recommended that the Government Inspectorate issue specific documents guiding the transition from inspection to inspection for the Ministry to implement.
Deputy Inspector General of the Government Le Sy Bay said that the functional units of the two agencies have clarified the content of the minutes, thereby trying to complete them on time according to the set time frame.
Regarding the policy for cadres, the Government Inspectorate will comply with the regulations; for the functions and tasks of the Ministry Inspectorate, the Government Inspectorate will continue to pay attention to implementing well in the coming time.
At the receipt of the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Education and Training, Deputy Government Inspectorate Bui Ngoc Lam said that the Government Inspectorate received existing civil servants; Receiving the Program of Administrative Inspection Plan according to the 2025 inspection plan that has been approved by the Minister of Education and Training to the present time; Receiving financial issues, assets and equipment related to the contingent of cadres and civil servants of the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Education and Training transferred to the Government Inspectorate.
The Government Inspectorate requested the Ministry of Education and Training to continue to complete some contents on personnel work before May 15. In which, decisions were issued to transfer civil servants of the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Education and Training to the Government Inspectorate.
Along with that, transfer the personal records of civil servants to the Government Inspectorate and issues on salary payment related to the transfer time frame, the closure of social insurance books of cadres and civil servants.
