    Article 15, Circular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT of the Ministry of Education and Training regulating extra teaching and learning (effective from February 14, 2025) stipulates inspection and examination as follows:

    1. Extra teaching and learning activities are subject to inspection by State inspection agencies according to the provisions of law.

    2. Extra teaching and learning activities are subject to inspection by educational management agencies and state management agencies at all levels according to decentralization.

    Thus, extra teaching and learning are subject to inspection by State inspection agencies according to the provisions of law.
