What documents are needed to be granted a certificate of driving practice teacher?

Clause 1, Article 12 of Decree 94/2026/ND-CP Regulations on Regulations on training and testing of drivers (effective from July 1, 2026), stipulates that dossiers for issuing certificates of driving practice teachers include:

a) Application form according to the form specified in Appendix IV attached to this Decree;

b) Diploma of intermediate vocational school or intermediate vocational school or higher (copy with original for comparison or certified copy or electronic copy certified from the original or electronic copy from the original book or electronic data);

c) Diplomas, certificates of pedagogical professional qualifications (copy attached to the original for comparison or certified copy or electronic copy certified from the original or electronic copy from the original book or electronic data);

d) 01 color photo size 3 cm x 4 cm with blue background, ID card style, taken in no more than 06 months.

In case the documents specified in points b and c of this clause have been integrated into the electronic identification account, the presentation and inspection can be carried out through the electronic identification account.

Thus, from July 1, 2026, the dossier for issuing a certificate of driving practice teacher includes the above documents.
