What standards do driving practice teachers need to meet?

Clause 2, Article 10 of Decree 94/2026/ND-CP Regulations on training and testing of drivers (effective from July 1, 2026), stipulates that driving practice teachers meet the following standards:

a) Diploma in vocational secondary school or vocational secondary school or professional degree or higher;

b) Having a driver's license of the corresponding class or higher than the training vehicle class;

c) Having one of the following diplomas or certificates on pedagogical professional qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in teacher training or higher; Diploma from pedagogical college, pedagogical technical college.

Pedagogical certificate of vocational training teaching elementary vocational level; Pedagogical professional certificate teaching elementary level; Pedagogical fostering certificate level 1 or higher;

d) Having been trained in driving practice according to the framework program specified in Appendix II attached to this Decree.

Thus, from July 1, 2026, driving practice teachers need to meet the above standards.
