Clause 1, Article 16, Decree 27/2026/ND-CP Regulations on the National Database on cadres, civil servants, and public employees (effective from July 1, 2026) stipulates that electronic dossiers of cadres, civil servants, and public employees include:

a) Electronic resume;

b) Other dossier components created from data of cadres, civil servants, and public employees.

2. Each official, civil servant, and public employee has an electronic dossier attached with a unique identification code (electronic dossier identification code) to serve management and search work on the electronic environment.

3. Agree to use personal identification numbers as electronic dossier identification codes for cadres, civil servants, and public employees.

4. The time limit for storing electronic dossiers shall be implemented according to the provisions of law on clerical work and archiving; law on cadres, civil servants, public employees and data law, ensuring the maintenance of integrity, readiness and accessibility of data.

Thus, from July 1, 2026, the electronic dossiers of cadres, civil servants, and public employees include the above data.
