Monthly support level of grassroots security forces in Ho Chi Minh City

Article 3, Resolution 54/2025/NQ-HDND of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council stipulates the criteria for establishing security and order protection teams; criteria on the number of members of security and order protection teams; level of support, training and spending for forces participating in security and order protection at the grassroots level in Ho Chi Minh City, stipulates as follows: Monthly regular support level for people participating in forces participating in security and order protection at the grassroots level and support for voluntary social insurance and health insurance contributions

1. Monthly regular support level

a) Team leader: 6,500,000 VND/person/month;

b) Deputy team leader: 6,300,000 VND/person/month;

c) Team members: 6,000,000 VND/person/month.

2. Participants in forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level are supported with 100% of the amount to be paid for voluntary social insurance on the monthly regular support level specified in Clause 1 of this Article.

3. People participating in forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level are supported with 100% of annual health insurance contributions.

Thus, the monthly regular support level of the security protection force at the grassroots level in Ho Chi Minh City is implemented as above.
