Article 39b, Chapter Va, Decree 184/2026/ND-CP (effective from July 1, 2026) amends and supplements a number of articles of Decree No. 59/2019/ND-CP detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on Anti-Corruption, which has been amended and supplemented a number of articles in Decree No. 134/2021/ND-CP, stipulates as follows:

The Government Inspectorate shall inspect cases showing signs of corruption in the following cases:

1. People holding positions from Deputy Minister or higher for agencies with inspection agencies;

2. People working at ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and state-owned enterprises managed by ministries and ministerial-level agencies, except for cases specified in Article 39c of this Decree;

3. Workers at other agencies, organizations, and units established or approved by the Government or the Prime Minister for operating charters;

4. People holding positions from Director of Department and equivalent or higher working in local authorities.

Thus, from July 1, 2026, the Government Inspectorate will inspect the case with signs of corruption against the above-mentioned subject.
