According to Guidance 01/HD-BCA-V05, Team members of the grassroots security and order protection team successfully complete their tasks when meeting the following criteria:
- Strictly comply with the programs and work plans, assign tasks according to the guidance of the commune-level and Team-level Police.
- Fully participate in regular meetings as prescribed; in case of absence, report in advance and obtain the consent of the chairman of the meeting.
- Not violating prohibited acts specified in Clauses 1, 2, 5, Article 6 of the Law on Forces.
- Good moral qualities, prestige in the residential community; have the spirit of building internal solidarity; strictly implement legal regulations and regulations guiding the activities of forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level guided by competent authorities. Actively research and train in politics, law, nghiep vu, situation handling skills to perform tasks assigned safely and effectively.
- Complete over 80% of assigned tasks according to 6 groups of tasks supporting commune-level police according to the provisions of Chapter II of the Law on Forces.
6 groups of tasks to support commune-level police according to the provisions of Chapter II of the Law on Forces, including: Supporting grasping the situation on security and order; supporting building a movement for the whole people to protect national security; supporting fire prevention and fighting, rescue and relief; supporting administrative management of social order; supporting mobilization and education of people who have committed law violations and are residing at the grassroots level; supporting patrols to ensure security, order, and traffic safety; performing tasks to protect security and order when mobilized.
