According to Guidance 01/HD-BCA-V05, the Head of the grassroots security and order protection team excellently completes tasks when meeting the following criteria:
a) Meeting the criteria in Clause 2.1, Section 2, Part IV of this document.
b) Team leaders promote exemplary and responsible spirit; excellently complete tasks assigned to support commune-level police; assign effective tasks to each team member, with monitoring, inspection, and evaluation of implementation results.
For the criteria in Clause 2.1, section 2 of Part IV as follows:
a) Strictly comply with the programs and work plans, assign tasks according to the guidance of the commune-level and Team-level Police.
b) Fully participate in periodic meetings as prescribed; in case of absence, it must be reported in advance and with the consent of the chairman of the meeting.
c) Not violating prohibited acts specified in Clauses 1, 2, 5, Article 6 of the Law on Forces.
d) Good moral qualities, prestige in the residential community; have the spirit of building internal solidarity; strictly implement legal regulations and regulations guiding the activities of forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level guided by competent authorities. Actively research and train in politics, law, professional skills, and situation handling skills to perform assigned tasks safely and effectively.
e) Completing over 95% of assigned tasks according to 6 groups of tasks supporting commune-level police specified in Chapter II of the Law on Forces, many contents achieved high efficiency, with good and creative ways of doing things, and were recognized by commune-level police and local authorities.
Thus, the Head of the grassroots security and order protection team excellently completed the task when achieving the above criteria.
