Summer uniforms of security forces at the grassroots level

The Lao Dong Newspaper Legal Consulting Office replied:

Point a, Clause 1, Article 4 of Decree 40/2024/ND-CP stipulates the uniforms of forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level as follows:

a) The uniforms of the forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level as prescribed in Appendix I attached to this Decree, including: Spring and summer uniforms (spring and summer clothes, long-sleeved spring and summer summer shirts); winter and winter uniforms (hammocks with badges, winter clothes, warm clothes, shirts, looms); soft hats with badges; hard hats with badges; helmets; hatens; leather shoes; plastic socks; raincoats;

Autumn-winter costumes are equipped for forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level in localities from Thua Thien Hue to the North and the Central Highlands provinces. The remaining localities are equipped with autumn-winter costumes when needed.

In case they are not equipped with autumn-winter outfits, they should be replaced with 01 set of spring and summer clothes (standard 01 year/01 set) and 01 long-sleeved spring and summer shirt (standard 02 years 01).

In Appendix No. 1 attached to Decree 40/2024/ND-CP, it is stipulated that:

Men's spring and summer clothes: Brown grass clothes. Blong-shaped shirt, standing neck; front body is sewn with two outer breast bags, caps of sharp hoes with chrysanthemums; dress is made with a row of eight plastic chrysanthemums in the same color of a shirt; shoulder-shaped, shoulder-shaped shoulders embroidered with two yellow cross-leg rice flowers, inside two rice flowers embroidered with five-pointed yellow star; rear body is sewn with shoulder blades, each side is made with a glass.

Short-sleeved shirt, sewing door overturned. A long-sleeved shirt made with plaster. The front and rear body belts are arranged in a cup on each side, with two plastic cups on each side. The force coat is mounted on the left arm of the shirt.

The dress is loose with a pair of equal-legged trunks, two cross-leg bags; the front body is arranged in two turns along the pants; the doors of the trousers are locked; the trunk of the trousers is six-legged; the back body is one piece on each side, with two border bags.

Women's spring and summer clothes: Brown grass clothes. A shirt-shaped shirt, with a broken collar; front of two bags under the outer sleeves, cross-pink mouth; dress sleeves with a row of five plastic pieces with the same color of a shirt; shoulder-sleeving, shoulder-sleeving embroidered with two yellow cross-sleeved rice flowers, inside two rice flowers embroidered with a five-pointed yellow star; back of the suit with a backrest.

Short-sleeved shirts like carrying, sewing doors flip outwards. A long-sleeved shirt made with plaster. The force coat is mounted on the left arm of the shirt.

The dress is loose with a pair of cross-leg bags; the front body is arranged in two folds along the pants; the doors of the pants are loose and loose; the back body is loose with a piece on each side; the six-spoke trousers are loose.

Thus, the forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level are equipped with the above uniforms in the summer.
