According to Official Dispatch No. 7644/BNV-CCVC of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the salary arrangement for Commanders, Deputy Commanders, and Assistants of the Commune-level Military Command (new) is proposed to be implemented as follows:
+ In case the salary is being arranged according to the professional and technical salary table of civil servants and public employees prescribed in Decree 204/2004/ND-CP, they will continue to receive salary according to the rank and grade.
+ In case the salary is being arranged according to the salary table for military ranks of the People's Army officers; officers, non-commissioned officers of the People's Public Security and cryptography or is being arranged according to the salary table for professional soldiers of the People's Army and technical specialists of the People's Public Security or according to the salary tables for people working in cryptography, it shall be implemented correspondingly in each case according to the instructions in Clause 6, Clause 7, Section III of Circular No. 79/2005/TT-BNV.
+ In case it does not fall under Point a, Point b, Clause 3, Official Letter 7644/BNV-CCVC in 2025, it shall be implemented according to the method calculated in Point a, Clause 10, Circular 79/2005/TT-BNV.
Accordingly, based on working time in accordance with the provisions of law in accordance with the requirements for professional qualifications of the Commander, Deputy Commander, Assistant to the Military Command (new) and paying compulsory social insurance (if not continuous but not receiving a one-time social insurance subsidy, it will be accumulated), classified into the salary level in the A1 type of expert - civil servant category (if having a university degree) or civil servant grade A0 (if having a college degree) specified in the Professional and Technical Salary List for cadres and civil servants in state agencies (Table 2) issued with Decree 204/2004/ND-CP according to the principle: From level 1, after 3 years (including 36 months) to level 1 salary level, after the time of conversion to the salary level of the province, if the number of months of salary increase is not enough to be considered for the salary level (if there is a salary increase after 36 months) or if the number of months of salary increase is not enough to be considered for the salary level (if there is a salary increase after the salary level).
