Conditions for being considered for high school graduation recognition in 2026
Current regulations on considering graduation recognition are as follows:
Candidates who are eligible to take the exam, are not disciplined and have their exam results canceled, all subjects achieved above 1.0 point on a 10-point scale and have a ĐXTN of 5.0 (year) points or higher are recognized for high school graduation.
Candidates who are eligible to take the exam and are exempt from all exams in the high school graduation consideration according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 39 of this Regulation are recognized as high school graduates.

Accordingly, the conditions for graduating from high school in 2026 must fully meet as follows:
- Eligible for the exam
- Not disciplined for canceling exam results
- All exam subjects achieved over 1.0 point on a scale of 10

Procedures and dossiers for enjoying benefits for teachers teaching disabled students in Nghe An
On June 16, information from the Nghe An Department of Education and Training said that it had just issued a notice of conclusions of Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training Vo Van Mai at a meeting on a number of contents related to the implementation of the regime for teachers teaching students with disabilities according to the integrated education method.
The content of the notice aims to unify the process, procedures, and dossiers for requesting funding for teachers directly teaching disabled students in the integrated education method, based on Decree No. 28/2012/ND-CP dated April 10, 2012 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on People with Disabilities.

According to the Nghe An Department of Education and Training, related documents include: list of admitted disabled students for integration for high schools and continuing education centers; personal education plan for each student; decision of the principal on assigning teachers to directly teach disabled students in an integrated manner. 9/11 multi-level boarding schools in Cao Bang are behind schedule
Although required to be completed before August 30, 2026, many projects to build inter-level boarding schools in border communes of Cao Bang province are still slow in construction progress, and some projects have only completed more than 10% of the volume.
