The Military Science Academy has just announced the enrollment for military system training at the university level in 2026 as follows:
Enrollment area:
Foreign language training majors organize enrollment according to separate targets for each major and implement a common benchmark score for the same male or female subject nationwide, technical reconnaissance majors enroll according to targets for candidates with permanent residence in the North and South and implement common benchmark scores according to the North and South regions.
The Academy notes:
- Candidates with permanent residence in the North are counted from Ha Tinh outwards and candidates with permanent residence in the South are counted from Quang Tri inwards (permanent residence in the South up to September 2026 must be 03 consecutive years or more; must study in grade 12 and take the high school graduation exam in the southern provinces).
- The TSQS Boards of units and localities make a list of candidates who have permanent residence in the South but do not meet the conditions to be considered for admission scores according to the Southern region, send the list to the school along with the preliminary selection registration documents of the candidates for schools to check and compare.
Enrollment documents:
a) Each candidate must submit separate types of applications including:
- Preliminary selection registration documents issued by the TSQS Board of the Ministry of National Defense, the number of forms in the preliminary selection registration documents for 2026 is kept stable as in 2025.
- Application documents for admission (with separate instructions for each admission method).
b) Candidates using the results of the high school graduation exam to participate in admission consideration must register their application and participate in the 2026 exam according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET).
Enrollment target for 2026 and admission benchmark scores for 2025:
Admission method:
- Method 1: Direct admission, priority admission according to the university admission regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, regulations of the Ministry of National Defense.
- Method 2: Admission based on the results of the 2026 Aptitude Assessment exam organized by Hanoi National University and Ho Chi Minh City National University.
- Method 3: Admission based on the results of the 2026 high school graduation exam organized by the Ministry of Education and Training.
- Method 4: Admission based on the results of the Aptitude Assessment exam organized by the Ministry of National Defense in 2026 (Applicable only to the military system).
For the civilian system:
- Implement according to the current regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training. Have sufficient health to study, have sufficient personal information, and application documents as prescribed.
- Candidates do not have to go through preliminary selection, when registering aspirations for admission consideration on the Ministry of Education and Training's System from July 2 to before 5:00 PM on July 14, 2026, they are not required to register aspiration 1 and are not limited in aspirations.
