According to the new plan of the Ministry of Education and Training, the admission period will be extended and increased by 4 virtual filters.

The number of virtual filters increased from 6 to 10 sessions, the final session ended at noon on August 22. At 12:30 on August 22, training institutions will download the results of the final wish processing, then before 5:00 p.m. the same day, the admission score and admission results will be entered into the system, before announcing the results of the first round of admission according to the general schedule.

Thus, schools will announce scores from 12:30 on August 22 instead of from 17:00 on August 20 as originally planned.

First, according to the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Training, candidates (including those who have been directly admitted) must confirm online admission on the general system, no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 30. If you miss this step, candidates will consider giving up their wishes for admission and have their results canceled.

Second, candidates need to follow the plan of the school in which they are admitted to complete the procedures. Universities often have their own admission plans with different requirements, posted on their websites, official fanpages or sent emails, phone numbers, newspapers, etc.

Schools that do not meet the quota will recruit additional students from September 1 to December 2025. If admission has been confirmed, candidates are not allowed to participate in additional admissions, unless the principal allows them not to enter.

In the Northern region, Hanoi University of Science and Technology continues to be assigned by the Ministry of Education and Training to preside over the admission group (virtual class), including 65 higher education institutions.

The new point of this year's admission season is that the admission scores of all methods are converted to a common scale. Mainly schools have a formula for converting to a scale of 30, but different methods, including many factors such as exam scores, learning results of pre-current students, plus points, certificate conversion scores, etc.
