Up to now, many universities have announced their expected enrollment plans for 2026. In which, admission based on competency and thinking assessment exam scores is applied by many schools.

Hai Duong Medical Technical University has just announced information on regular university admissions expected for 2026. Specific admission methods are as follows:

- Method 1: Direct admission.

- Method 2: Admission based on the results of the 2026 high school graduation exam.

- Method 3: Admission based on high school transcript scores.

- Method 4: Admission based on the competency assessment exam results of Vietnam National University, Hanoi, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City; Thinking assessment of Hanoi University of Science and Technology.

Expected enrollment targets for training majors are as follows:

For the University of Public Health, the school also uses the results of the Capacity Assessment exam of Vietnam National University, Hanoi for the 2026 enrollment season. However, this method is only applied to the Data Science major.

At the School of Management and Business (HSB) - Vietnam National University, Hanoi, the school also uses the valid competency assessment (HSA) exam results of Vietnam National University, Hanoi to consider admissions for training majors.

Phenikaa University also uses the competency and thinking assessment scores of universities nationwide. Specifically:

Admission based on the results of the Aptitude Assessment exam of Vietnam National University, Hanoi or the results of the Thinking Assessment exam of Hanoi University of Science and Technology or the results of the SPT 2026 exam of Hanoi National University of Education.

+ Medicine, Dentistry - Maxillofacial, Traditional Medicine, Pharmacy: 80/150 points or higher and at the same time meet the quality assurance threshold according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training;

+ Nurses, Midwives, Medical Laboratory Technology, Rehabilitation Technology, Medical Imaging Technology: 67/150 points or higher and at the same time meet the quality assurance threshold according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training;

The remaining majors and Hospital Management, Biomedical Science: 57/150 points or higher.

- Results of the Thinking Assessment exam of Hanoi University of Science and Technology (scale of 100 points):

Health sector:

+ Medicine, Dentistry - Maxillofacial, Traditional Medicine, Pharmacy: 56/100 points or higher and at the same time meet the quality assurance threshold according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training;

+ Nurses, Midwives, Medical Laboratory Technology, Rehabilitation Technology, Medical Imaging Technology: 46/100 points or higher and at the same time meet the quality assurance threshold according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training;

The remaining majors and Hospital Management, Biomedical Science: 40/100 points or higher.

- Results of the SPT 2026 exam of Hanoi National University of Education (scale of 30): Candidates with combined admission scores reaching the following floor score:

Health sector

+ Medicine, Dentistry - Maxillofacial, Traditional Medicine, Pharmacy: 22. 5/30 points or higher and at the same time meet the quality assurance threshold according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training;

+ Nurses, Midwives, Medical Laboratory Technology, Rehabilitation Technology, Medical Imaging Technology: 19/30 points or higher and at the same time meet the quality assurance threshold according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training;

The remaining majors and Hospital Management, Biomedical Science: 19/30 points or higher.
