The inspection team was led by Mr. Pham Hoang Tuan - Permanent Vice Chairman of Do Son Ward People's Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of Do Son Traditional Buffalo Fighting Festival.
In the morning, the group directly checked the health, physical condition and quality of the 16 " buffaloes" participating. This is an important step to select healthy " buffaloes" that meet standards, are brave enough, and ready to enter the big festival.
The buffalo inspection not only ensures fairness and objectivity but also demonstrates the careful preparation of the Organizing Committee, contributing to affirming the prestige, brand and unique cultural values of the Do Son Traditional Buffalo fighting Festival.
According to the plan, the 2025 Do Son buffalo fighting festival will take place on September 30 (ie the 9th day of the 8th lunar month) at the Do Son Ward Central Stadium. Do Son Ward also plans to organize sideline activities, promote the strengths of Do Son's sea and island tourism, contact travel companies to organize tours, tour routes... to attract a large number of domestic and international tourists to Do Son on this occasion.
