4 Chinese showbiz scandals attracting attention in early July

DI PY |

In the early days of July, Chinese showbiz continuously got involved in scandals related to artists.

First of all, the lawsuit that lasted for many years between Thai Nhat Phuong and businessman Huynh Huu Long (Trieu Vy's ex-husband). According to Chinese media, Thai Nhat Phuong once sued Huynh Huu Long to demand money related to lending transactions at casinos in Australia. After many years of pursuing the lawsuit, the court ruled that she lost the lawsuit and had to bear the legal costs of Huynh Huu Long's side.

The incident attracted attention not only because of the large amount of money but also because Huynh Huu Long was once a figure of public interest in the Chinese business and entertainment industry. Despite winning the lawsuit, his image no longer maintains the glamorousness as before, when many information about debts and financial disputes once appeared in the media.

The second scandal is related to a male actor with the social network account "Ôn Thủy Chu Thanh Oa". This person publicly posted a text message showing that he was approached by a person claiming to be in charge of casting for Vu Chinh's new movie, promising a male lead role but making sensitive requests, demanding to send private photos for "verification".

When the male actor refused, this person was said to have threatened, saying it would limit his career opportunities. The incident angered public opinion because it showed the risk of fraud, taking advantage of the name of casting to force young artists. After that, Vu Chinh spoke out to deny involvement and said he had reported to the police, and at the same time warned actors not to trust people who impersonate the crew.

The third noise is about Bao Kiem Phong's marriage. After a long time of being mentioned by his ex-wife Hoang Tue Di on social networks, the actor finally admitted to having been married to her. According to the latest announcement, the two sides have reconciled. Bao Kiem Phong's side said that this marriage ended a long time ago, and after the divorce, the two no longer have contact.

However, the incident still affected Bao Kiem Phong's image. A part of the audience believes that his explanation is not convincing enough, while others believe that the old story has closed, so it should not be exploited too much.

The final noise related to Quach Vu Han - a prominent face of the short film genre. A private recording leaked, causing her to be involved in controversy because of the content mentioning Chau Da. In the recording, Quach Vu Han is said to have denied "copying heat" from her junior and made negative comments about the other person.

After the recording spread, Quach Vu Han's image was heavily affected. Some former associates continued to post articles accusing her of inappropriate behavior, further pushing the matter further. To date, the actress has not had an official response, while public opinion is still waiting for a clear explanation.
