The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province agreed in principle to let the People's Committee of Dong Nguyen ward preside over and coordinate with Hanaka Group Joint Stock Company and related units to organize fireworks displays.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province assigned the Provincial Military Command to coordinate with the People's Committee of Dong Nguyen ward and related units to carry out the reception, preservation, transportation, installation, technical inspection, and organization of fireworks display in accordance with regulations; arrange specialized technical forces to ensure absolute safety throughout the entire process.
Assign the Provincial Police to direct professional units and Dong Nguyen Ward Police to develop a plan to ensure security, order, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting during the preparation, organization and completion of fireworks displays; arrange forces to be on duty, direct traffic, guide people to avoid congestion, disorder or fire and explosion incidents; coordinate with the Provincial Military Command in site inspection, ensure safe fire areas and prohibited areas according to regulations.
