Belonging to the action genre, "Bloodhounds" (Vietnamese title: Chó săn công lý) tells the story of 2 young people stepping into the world of usury to earn money and being caught up in a network with dark forces.
After dismantling the usury gang in the first season, Gun Woo (Woo Do Hwan) and Woo Jin (Lee Sang Yi) are preparing to face an illegal boxing tournament led by Baek Jeong (Bi Rain) in season 2.
Returning after three years since season 1, "Bloodhounds 2" promises to bring viewers eye-catching, thrilling action scenes. In the character design, the Gun Woo - Woo Jin duo with scarred faces but still full of determination, holding hands tightly after surviving countless battles.
Meanwhile, the villain Baek Jeong appears with a powerful appearance, sharp eyes, and half-бриcked hair.
As the master of the underground boxing tournament not as a glorious champion, but as a cruel predator, Baek Jeong defeats even the champions with overwhelming power and chooses the next target entirely based on profit.
And his target is Gun Woo - who is pursuing the dream of becoming a boxing champion.
If Woo Do Hwan and Lee Sang Yi once impressed the audience in season 1 thanks to their harmonious acting and eye-catching action scenes, then Bi Rain's appearance in season 2 attracted attention. With a dark image, Baek Jeong is predicted to be one of the darkest and strongest characters that the male singer plays.
Speaking about the role, Bi Rain commented that Baek Jeong is an extremely cruel "living weapon" - without blood and tears. Despite dreaming of becoming a champion but ultimately failing, he established an illegal boxing tournament in the dark and dominated it like a king.
While Woo Do Hwan and Lee Sang Yi expressed their honor to return to season 2. Both emphasized that their characters have maturity both physically and mentally. Besides, the "indispensable" companionship of Gun Woo - Woo Jin is a key factor.
The movie "Bloodhounds 2" is scheduled to be released on April 3.
