After the lawsuit demanding compensation from singer Bich Tuyen and her husband, Dam Vinh Hung encountered many controversial opinions from the audience.

At noon on December 4, in a conversation with Dung Taylor - a famous show producer in the US (singer Thu Phuong's husband), Mr. Gerard Richard Williams III (singer Bich Tuyen's husband) also confirmed this incident, and said that Dam Vinh Hung had withdrawn the lawsuit and he was happy that this noisy story had ended.
Regarding the reason why singer Dam Vinh Hung withdrew the lawsuit, currently, singer Bich Tuyen's husband said he knows the reason, but is still waiting for the lawyer to give official information.
Regarding the lawsuit against singer Dam Vinh Hung, singer Bich Tuyen and her husband continue to sue because they believe that this lawsuit is not about money, they need an apology from the male singer.
Previously, in February 2024, singer Dam Vinh Hung went to the US to perform. He went to singer Bich Tuyen's house to attend a party. While singing at singer Bich Tuyen's house, Dam Vinh Hung spontaneously jumped onto the female singer's fountain, resulting in injury and amputation of several toes. After that, the male singer sued singer Bich Tuyen and her husband for compensation. The lawsuit was originally scheduled to take place in June 2025.
