According to records, due to the large number of visitors flocking, to ensure traffic safety and order, the Organizing Committee has conducted remote traffic diversion.



Specifically, from Ta Leng - Muong Phang road leading to the flower island area (a distance of more than 2km) is blocked to be reserved for organizing committee vehicles and shuttle buses. Tourists entering the flower island will travel by shuttle bus for 20,000 VND/2 directions.
To create conditions for people, the Organizing Committee has provided free tickets to the flower island entrance during the 2 main festival days, January 10-11. Previously, the listed price was 50,000 VND/person.
Ms. Lo Thi Ly (62 years old, Thanh Yen commune) said: "I left at 8 am to come here. Although the weather this morning is quite cold, the festival atmosphere is very crowded and bustling. My family plans to stay all day to visit the stalls and admire the flowers.



According to Mr. Tran Van Tuan - Chairman of Muong Phang Commune People's Committee, the Cherry Blossom Festival is an annual cultural and tourism event. "This year, the festival is held for 3 days (January 9-11) with a series of rich activities to introduce and promote the image of people, culture and tourism potential of Dien Bien to tourists" - Mr. Tuan said.
Mr. Tuan added that Muong Phang commune wishes to continue to affirm its determination to build the commune into an attractive tourist destination.



At the same time, calling for and attracting organizations, businesses, and investors to learn about and cooperate in developing tourism and services, contributing to promoting socio-economic development and improving people's lives.
