According to an announcement from the management company BIGHIT MUSIC, based on the latest data from Circle Chart - a music chart operated by the Korea Music Content Association - "Greengreen" has achieved accumulated sales of about 3.099 million copies.
This is a remarkable achievement because up to now, only two albums released in Korea in 2026 have exceeded the 3 million copies mark, including BTS's fifth studio album "Arirang" and CORTIS's "Greengreen".
Released on May 4, "Greengreen" quickly created an effect in the market. According to Hanteo Chart, the album sold more than 1.2 million copies on its first day, and also surpassed the 2 million copies mark after only four days of release.
The album's first-week sales reached 2,313,291 copies, more than five times higher than the debut mini album "Color Outside the Lines", which recorded 436,367 copies in its first week. This growth reflected a significant expansion of album buyers and the group's fan community after just one comeback.
Not only successful in sales, "Greengreen" also helped CORTIS set a new record in the international market. The album reached number 3 on the Billboard 200 (released on May 23), becoming the group's highest achievement on this prestigious chart.
On the Spotify platform, the songs in "Greengreen" also recorded great attraction with total streams exceeding 300 million.
Over the past time, CORTIS has continuously maintained its heat on digital music charts inside and outside Korea. The title track "REDRED" once set a record as the K-pop group's song holding the number 1 position for the longest time on the Korean Spotify chart since this platform deployed the ranking system in this country.
Currently, CORTIS is conducting its first tour called "Put Your Phone Down". After mixed opinions about the performance duration in the first nights, the group and crew have adjusted the song list to bring a better experience to the audience.
