    Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trung Chinh signed Decision No. 1696/QD-UBND approving the investment policy of the Da Nang City Cultural - Cinema Center Project with a total investment of nearly 520 billion VND; implementation period in 2025-2028.

    The Da Nang City Cultural - Cinema Center project is built in Hoa Cuong Nam ward, Hai Chau district and Khue Trung ward (Cam Le district).

    The project to invest in building a new Cultural - Cinema Center with an investment scale includes: The Cultural - Cinema Center block with a scale of 4 floors above ground, a basement, and a roof railing, the total floor area for construction is about 19,758m2.

    The arrangement functions include multi-purpose halls, exhibition rooms, cinemas, club rooms, rooms for organizing art and talent classes, functional rooms, offices and auxiliary rooms, lobbies, corridors, transportation... along with auxiliary works; Technical infrastructure, landscape trees; Bridge over the canal to create landscape highlights; Equipment.
