In the petition sent to Binh Duong Flower Members, the Cemetery Management Board, the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City..., Ms. Hong Nhung confirmed that she was the one who signed the contracts for use, burial and construction of the mausoleum at Binh Duong Flower Members to take care of the funeral of Meritorious Artist Vu Linh.
Ms. Nhung rejected all petitions that Ms. Vo Thi Hong Loan sent to Hoa Vien Binh Duong and the authorities on June 16. Ms. Nhung stated in the petition: "I am the one who paid and signed the contract. Currently, the contract has been paid and used to bury my brother (Vu Linh). Ms. Vo Thi Hong Loan has no right to request any serious burning as Ms. Loan has sent to Hoa To and the court.
When my brother was terminally ill at birth, the hospital informed the family to take care of his funeral, so my daughter (Hong Phuong) and I had to worry and find a place to rest for him. When my daughter asked Ms. Hong Loan about choosing a burial place and contributing to the funeral, Ms. Loan only coldly said "according to fate" and did not participate in any matter, nor contributed financially...".
Ms. Hong Nhung also opposed the rumor that she wanted artist Vu Linh to die early, when he had not yet died, she rushed to buy a mausoleum.
"At that time, my brother's health was in critical condition, the doctor had a poor prognosis and informed us to prepare for the funeral, the fact that Hong Phuong - my daughter was worried about buying a mausoleum 2 days before my brother took away was a good thing, but it was our concern that we wanted him to have a peaceful resting place next to his familiar colleagues..." - Ms. Nhung wrote in the petition.
Ms. Hong Nhung also accused Hong Loan of not being worried about the funeral but secretly taking witness evidence and documents to transfer the assets of Meritorious Artist Vu Linh and making false statements as the biological children of the late artist while knowing clearly that she was not the biological children.
Regarding signing 3 contracts with Binh Duong Flowers, Ms. Hong Nhung said: "It is known that Binh Duong Flowers have many artists staying here, my daughter (singer Hong Phuong) and I have searched, contacted, signed and paid for contracts to buy and use the mausoleum with Binh Duong Flowers. After my brother passed away, we signed a contract to build a grave, we paid all 3 contracts in personal money and then there was money contributed by friends, relatives and the audience who loved my brother, we really appreciated this...
However, now, more than 2 years since my brother passed away in this cemetery, Ms. Hong Loan brazenly demanded the right to "manage the grave", asked the company to cancel the contract with me, and asked to return the money so that Ms. Loan could "sign a new contract".
Regarding the organization of filming and livestreaming to cause trouble at the grave of artist Vu Linh, Ms. Hong Nhung stated in the petition: "After the beautifully built grave, Ms. Loan continuously brought a group of YouTubers to the grave, organized continuous livestreams, made distorted statements, caused division and attacked my brother's biological family, even organized birthday parties at the grave, built a singing stage at my brother's grave, and did not let my brother and the surrounding graves rest.
All the photos and clips of Ms. Hong Loan's activities and Ms. Loan's YouTuber group are still in large quantities on social networking sites.
Every time our family visits the grave and burns incense, Mrs. Loan gives people to stop us, film, attack us online...".
Finally, Ms. Hong Nhung requested that Binh Duong Flowers and the cemetery Management Board reject all requests as stated in Ms. Vo Thi Hong Loan's petition dated June 16, 2025.
Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper reported that Hong Loan sent a request to Binh Duong Flower Members with proposals such as returning to Ms. Vo Thi Hong Nhung the amount of 427,450,000 VND that she had paid to Hoa Members.
She will be the one to repay this amount to Hoa Tu Binh Duong according to the 3 signed contracts.
She suggested that Binh Duong Flowers cooperate and sign a new contract with her to continue managing and caring for Meritorious Artist Vu Linh's grave with a more special service (according to Binh Duong Flowers' proposal, if any).
Hong Loan also accused Ms. Hong Nhung and many people related to Ms. Nhung of continuously going to her father's mausoleum to conduct livestreams, film videos and make untrue statements...
