From March 27 to 29, 2025, at the Plei Oi National Historical Site ( Ayun Ha Commune, Phu Thien District, Gia Lai Province), the People's Committee of Phu Thien District will organize the Yang Potao Apui Rain Bridge Festival.
Visitors will enjoy gong performances, brocade weaving, weaving, carving statues, making traditional musical instruments, folk songs...
The festival also organizes many vibrant folk sports games such as stick pushing, playing with a hammock, tug of war, jumping on the father-of-pearl, shooting on a net... Visitors can also experience attractive folk games such as throwing a crow, throwing a ball, catching duck with closed eyes, hitting the hood with closed eyes, robbing flags...
Responding activities are also organized at many other tourist destinations in the district. Visitors can visit Ayun Ha Lake, attend the rain-praying ceremony ( Yang Oi Dai) in Plei Rbai village ( Ia Piar commune), and attend the Ia Yeng commune cultural and folk festival.
The Yang Potao Apui Rain Bridge Festival in 2025 is not only an important cultural and tourism event to promote the image and tourism development potential of Phu Thien district but also contributes to attracting investment.
