Ten Asia assessed that despite his eye-catching image, beautiful young cast, Go Min Si's outdated, predictable storytelling style and unprofessional Jeonju local voice have caused the film "The beautiful taste of love" to receive mixed reviews.
With this role, Go Min Si has put a lot of effort into it. The actress once shared that if she had not had experience from the show "Jinny's Kitchen 2", she would find it difficult to transform into Mo Yeon Joo.
