Last year, I received the script for Tastefully Yours and felt like it was a birthday gift.
What attracted me to this work was the character Mo Yeon Joo - a chef with a strong philosophy, determination to stay united and above all, belief in sincerity.
Sometimes Yeon Joo can be stubborn and strange, but it is also very warm. That made her attractive. This is also the reason why I think I can't miss this project".
Because it is a culinary-themed film, when asked to describe Mo Yeon Joo with a dish, Go Min Si chose a simple kimbap ( roll).
Although kimbap with elaborate ingredients is also very delicious, I personally like a simpler, more classic version for daily meals.
I think the most difficult thing is to make the basics really delicious - but if you are loyal to the basics, even a simple thing can become a favorite classic dish, the actress explained.
According to Go Min Si, in order to prepare for the role, in addition to researching character psychology, she spent time learning Jeonju's local language accurately, while always checking her language and speech.
