BTS's Jin breaks record for European solo tour

BTS idol Jin became the Korean solo artist with the highest European tour revenue of all time.

Jin (BTS) continues to affirm his global appeal when setting a new record with his first solo tour.

On the Billboard Top Tours rankings in August 2025, he ranked 24th with only four shows: two shows in London (August 5-6) and two shows in Amsterdam (August 9-9) earning about 11.5 million USD (equivalent to 15.5 billion won) from 50,700 audiences. This is the highest European tour revenue ever recorded for a Korean solo artist.

The tour is called #RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR, taking place from June 28 to August 10, with 18 performances in nine major cities, including Korea, Japan (Chiba, Osaka), the US ( Anaheim, Dallas, Tampa, Newark) and Europe ( London, Amsterdam).

Previously, in July, Jin reached No. 9 on Billboard Top Tours with a revenue of $22.5 million (43.9 billion won) and more than 217,000 spectators, a record for an Asian solo artist with just 12 shows. The two nights at Kyocera Dome (Osaka) alone earned 9.6 million USD, setting an all-time record for K-pop solo artists in a single location.

In addition to the tour, Jin also holds many impressive achievements: seven songs reached No. 1 on Billboard World Digital Song Sales, an 18-week album Echo on Billboard World Albums, and the best-selling K-pop solo artist in the US in 2025.

International critics highly appreciated his tour: Rolling Stone rated his tour as 5-star, Forbes praised his vocal skills, and Paris Match called Jin a "comprehensive entertainment package".

After the resounding success, Jin announced the next tour of RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR_ENCORE at Incheonhak Mun Stadium on October 31 - November 1.
