The fact that members accessed the filming equipment and worked with the crew has led many opinions to suggest that the group is preparing new content, which could be image products or music videos. This is considered a noteworthy move in the context that the group has just had changes in personnel and legal matters in the past time.
After the court's ruling in 2025, recognizing the effectiveness of the exclusive contract, Haerin and Hyein returned to ADOR activities from November 2025. Hanni also returned about a month later, marking the group's partial reunion process.
However, NewJeans' ability to fully reappear still has many unclear factors. Minji is said to be still in the process of discussing with the company about future directions and has not finalized a decision. Meanwhile, Danielle's case is becoming more complicated when ADOR announced the termination of her previous exclusive contract.
According to information from the business, ADOR is pursuing a lawsuit requesting compensation for damages with a total value of about 43.1 billion won (equivalent to more than 29 million USD), related to Danielle, her family and former CEO Min Hee Jin. This development shows that internal conflicts have not been thoroughly resolved.
In that context, the working trip to Copenhagen of the three members is seen as a signal that the group's activities are gradually resuming. However, with legal and personnel obstacles still existing, NewJeans' full return roadmap remains an open question.
