Mr. Nguyen Van Minh - Director of Ninh Binh Tourism Promotion Information Center (under the Ninh Binh Provincial Department of Tourism) - said that the conical hat Festival - Vietnam Festival is held with many cultural activities, parades, art performances and experiences... from April 30 to May 3, 2025. This is not only an opportunity to honor the hat - a cultural symbol of Vietnam, but also an opportunity to arouse the potential of local cultural tourism.
Also according to Mr. Minh, opening the series of events in the framework of the conical hat festival - Vietnam Festival that is the event "brocade Hoa Lu" on April 30 at Tam Coc boat wharf. This is the largest -scale expression event ever in Ninh Binh, where visitors are reversed time to admire the splendid beauty of the costumes of many Southern dynasties.
Next is the event "Hoa Lu Vu Hoa", a unique live show taking place in the countryside nature, recreating the quintessence of Ninh Binh's traditional craft village. Historical stories and cultural beauty are vividly depicted through each art performance. In addition, there are other special events such as: "Luu Giang Colors Dyeing", "running Village Festival" and many other cultural experiences.

According to the assessment of the Ninh Binh tourism industry as well as travel agencies, on April 30 and May 1, the weather will start to get hot, and tourists will tend to move to localities with seas. Mr. Bui Van Manh - Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Department of Tourism - said that in order to meet the needs of sightseeing, entertainment and recreation of people and tourists during the April 30 and May 1 holidays, the Department of Tourism has requested tourism service businesses to proactively develop plans and prepare necessary conditions to serve tourists. At the same time, businesses must strictly implement regulations on registration, price listing, ensuring service quality, security, safety and focusing on fire prevention and fighting.
With the active and proactive activities of business units, close and specific direction of State management agencies, Ninh Binh tourism industry prepares all conditions to best serve tourists during the upcoming April 30 and May 30 holidays, contributing to the completion of the goal of welcoming over 9.1 million visitors in 2025 - Mr. Manh shared.
