In a statement sent to reporters on the afternoon of March 12, Dhillon Law Group Inc, the law firm representing male singer Dam Vinh Hung, provided more information about the lawsuit between the male singer and singer Bich Tuyen and her husband.
Regarding the cause of the accident that caused the male singer to have his toe amputated, Dam Vinh Hung's representative said that singer Bich Tuyen's husband and related parties knew about the dangerous situation but did not take reasonable preventive measures to prevent damage.
"The fountain has been damaged for a long time and a regular inspection will detect a timely danger to prevent tragic accidents" - the male singer said.
The reporter also contacted singer Bich Tuyen and was told by the female singer that she had received the news and would respond as soon as possible.
Dhillon Law Group added: "I hope to strongly represent the interests of Dam Vinh Hung in his journey to seek justice against the defendant and all parties are responsible, arising from their negligence in this matter".
