Previously, on November 4, 2024, the California Supreme Court, Orange County, accepted Dam Vinh Hung's lawsuit demanding 50 million USD. In early December 2024, Dam Vinh Hung suddenly submitted a request to withdraw the lawsuit.
After that, singer Bich Tuyen's husband counter-sued Dam Vinh Hung, demanding compensation of 1 USD and an official apology.
For his part, Dam Vinh Hung at that time changed his representative lawyer to Tiger Hoang for the first time and withdrew the request to cancel the lawsuit.
According to information from the California Supreme Court, Orange County, the hearing of the lawsuit of singer Bich Tuyen - Gerard Williams with singer Dam Vinh Hung will still take place on July 7.
