On June 12, Korean time, Bang Sung Hoon, the legal representative of actor Kim Soo Hyun on behalf of LKB & Partners, confirmed: "It is a real estate owned by Kim Soo Hyun at Galleria Foret that has been recently seized by a court".
This lawyer said that the actor was shocked and said: "This temporary confiscation is unfair. Kim Soo Hyun is a victim of HOVERLAB. Although the problem lies with the attackers, the arrow is pointing towards the victims just because the obligations under advertising contracts are not fulfilled."
Kim Soo Hyun's legal representative later stated, "In the view of the advertising partner, they paid a model but could not use that model for advertising purposes, leading to financial losses. This is undeniable. But who caused this situation? That is HOVERLAB.
If we can prove through court proceedings that HOVERLAB made false statements, Kim Soo Hyun's reputation will be restored and advertising collaborators will have no reason to pursue damages anymore."
Previously, the cosmetic medical device manufacturing company CLASSYS filed a lawsuit to temporarily confiscate Kim Soo Hyun's real estate at Galleria Foret, worth about 3 billion won (about 2.2 million USD). The company claimed that Kim Soo Hyun's side had not paid the fines for violating the advertising contract.
Kim Soo Hyun owns 2 other real estates at Galleria Foret.
Meanwhile, the court has recently approved a request for temporary confiscation of property against Mr. Kim Se Ui, owner of YouTube channel HOVERLAB (Garosero) filed by Kim Soo Hyun's management company.
