Currently, the situation of copyright infringement in cyberspace is increasing in many forms. The explosion of science and technology has unintentionally made it easier to illegally copy and distribute digital products.
Illegal websites and copyright- violating applications are increasingly sophisticated and difficult to control. Cyber space with cross-border characteristics makes determining the place of violation and the violator must bear responsibility more complicated and difficult than ever.
For example, the situation of illegal films being shown all over websites has been reported many times, but this problem is sometimes "uncompromising" because the server is located abroad, the authorities close this website and immediately dozens of other illegal film viewing websites spring up.
