The Parc Hannam Villa located in UN Village, Seoul, where BTS' Suga lived, paid for with Big Hit Music's deposit, will be purchased by Choi Jin Man.

According to Korean media reports on November 28, in November 2018, Suga bought the third floor of a luxury villa, Hannam Riverhill, at UN Village for 3.4 billion won (about 2.4 million USD).

However, he moved to Parc Hannam in November 2021 after reports of his conflict with residents at UN Village.

The rent for Parc Hannam is 9.5 billion won (about $7.1 million) paid by Big Hit Music. Suga is said to have lived there until May 2023, before moving to Nine One Hannam, another luxury residence.

After moving to another residence, on August 6, 2024, at 11:30 p.m., Suga caused an accident while driving an electric scooter on a street in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

A nearby police officer assisted Suga, conducting a breathalyzer test afterward.

Police said Suga's blood alcohol level was 0.227%, which qualifies as a high-level drunkenness violation under Korean law.

As a result, Judge Lee Yoo Seop of the Seoul Western District Court issued a decision on September 27, 2024, fining Suga 15 million won (about $11,250) for drunk driving, violating the Road Traffic Act of Korea.
