According to the agreement, Vietravel becomes a strategic partner of Sun World in both domestic and international markets. Vietravel will distribute tickets to the Sun World system through a sales network, helping customers easily experience top entertainment and recreation areas. At the same time, Vietravel will design stimulus tour programs including tickets to Sun World.
To support, Sun World will implement a special incentive policy for Vietravel customers, including a Wow Pass (priority travel) with preferential prices and free for MICE groups from 300 guests. According to the agreement, the two sides will cooperate to improve incentives for customers, especially prioritizing loyal customers, including fixed incentives for membership classes and incentives for each promotion program, to enhance customer experience and brand image. The total expected output in 2025 is 120,000 visitors at the Sun World system, creating favorable conditions for tourists to access high-quality services.

Sun World and Vietravel will cooperate to enhance customer experience through fixed incentive programs for members and incentives for each promotion campaign. In addition, the two sides will coordinate in communication activities, enhancing brand recognition through multi-channel campaigns, from digital platforms, social networks to mass media. Vietravel will also take advantage of its own communication channels to promote destinations in Sun World, especially aimed at international tourists.
In parallel, the two brands will organize promotional programs, roadshows, and famtrip for partners and customers to introduce new experiences at the Sun World system.
