According to Plan No. 3991/KH-BTC on organizing the Opening Ceremony, Closing Ceremony and activities within the framework of the event, the National Achievement Exhibition will take place from August 28 to September 5, 2025 at the National Exhibition Center.
The exhibition is large-scale and of special significance, aiming to honor the 80th anniversary of the country's construction and development.
The opening ceremony is scheduled to be held at 9:00 a.m. on August 28 at the North yard of the National Exhibition Center, broadcast live on Vietnam Television and Voice of Vietnam, with about 6,000 delegates attending. The program includes welcoming delegates, performing art, giving opening speeches, handing over flags to units and cutting the opening ribbon. The rehearsal took place on August 26.
The closing ceremony will be held at 8:00 p.m. on September 5 at the same location, also broadcast live on radio and television. The content includes a summary report, closing speech, awards for outstanding collectives and individuals, and the "80 years - the path of glory" art gala. The rehearsal took place on the evening of September 4.

The exhibition is open for free from 9am to 10pm every day, at Kim Quy House, block A Square House and the West, South, and East courts. Departments, ministries, branches, 34 provinces and cities, along with typical state-owned and private enterprises participated. The preliminary review took place on August 20, the final review on August 26.
In addition to the main activities, many art, sports, forums and seminars will take place before, during and after the Exhibition.
Before the Exhibition, the Music "Rang ro Viet Nam" (9-10), "8Wonder Co Loa" (23.8) and the "Vietnam Me There" race (24.8), the art of "Vietnam Heart" (26.8).
During the Exhibition, there will be a Forum on " application of AI in the digital age" (29.8), a workshop on "The role of data in the digital age" (29.), art programs chaired by Ho Chi Minh City, the Ministry of Public Security, Hanoi, and Hue; the program "Hanoi - Morning of Vietnam's Aspiration" (31.8); the Hanoi - Ho Chi Minh City business forum (4.9).
Activities at block A Square House include performances and art exchanges; programs of Bac Ninh, Ha Tinh, Phu Tho, Nghe An, Da Nang provinces; performances, talkshow, game industry experience; auction of artworks (August 28).
The Organizing Committee requires units to properly implement the goals and contents of the Exhibition Project, ensuring solemnity, scale, safety, and economy; attracting a large number of people and international friends. The organization must clearly assign responsibilities, closely coordinate, ensure security, order, environmental sanitation, health, smooth traffic, and adequate electricity and water.
The National Achievement Exhibition celebrating the 80th anniversary of National Day on September 2 promises to bring a unique cultural and artistic space, recreating the glorious journey of the nation and arousing pride and aspiration for national development in the new period.
