According to statistics from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh province, on February 17 (the 1st day of Tet), Yen Tu welcomed 3,900 visitors; on February 18 (the 2nd day of Tet), it welcomed 8,000 visitors.
Thus, in the first two days of the new year, this spiritual tourist destination recorded 11,900 visitors.
On February 19 (the 3rd day of Tet), the number of visitors increased sharply, with about 20,000 arrivals, nearly double the total number of visitors from the 1st and 2nd days of Tet combined.
From early morning, crowds flocked to the relic site, concentrated in the cable car area and main pagoda points.

Many other spiritual tourist destinations in Quang Ninh province also recorded a high increase in the number of visitors on the 3rd day of Tet.
Cua Ong Temple welcomed about 9,200 visitors; visitors to Cai Bau Pagoda are estimated at 25,000 visitors; visitors to Ba Vang Pagoda are estimated at 25,000 visitors.
Bach Dang Special National Historical Relic Area 18,000 visitors; visitors to the Tran Dynasty relic area are estimated at 12,000 visitors.
In general, on February 19 (the 3rd day of Tet), the total number of tourists to Quang Ninh is estimated at 204,000, equal to 117% compared to the same period in 2025. Of which, international visitors are estimated at 42,000 (equal to 124% compared to the same period); overnight visitors reached about 43,000 (equal to 110% compared to the same period).
Total revenue from tourism is estimated at 571 billion VND, equal to 119% compared to the same period in 2025.
Accumulated for 6 days of Tet holiday, the whole province welcomed about 584,000 visitors, an increase of 11.5% compared to the same period; total tourism revenue is estimated at 1,649 billion VND, an increase of 14.5%.
