As an art consultant, People's Artist Xuan Bac has given many analysis and enthusiastically instructed actors to transform into characters.
It is known that the musical "Qurt's color wheel" was produced by STARLAB Art Academy, the script was written by screenwriter Dinh Tien Dung (GS. Cu Trong Xoay).
Talking about accepting to be an art consultant for the musical "Qurt's Speck", People's Artist Xuan Bac said: "The script is very good and interesting. As a father, I think it would be a mistake for the children not to participate in activities like this.
As a pioneering artist, I also feel responsible for spreading my love for art, creating conditions for young people who love art to develop their abilities. Who knows, among the children participating in plays, there will be friends who turn from love to passion, thereby showing their talents, contributing to the country's art".
People's Artist Xuan Bac also advised the young generation of actors that, "working in art requires being strict with yourself, otherwise you will not be able to create a good work". At the same time, he also expressed the view that: "Scream means making viewers think like that but not like that, thereby creating special emotions and making the audience focus completely on the stage. Because of that, actors must master every movement of their bodies".
The scriptwriter of "Qurt's spear" - Professor. Cu Trong Xoay - Dinh Tien Dung said that he wrote the children's musical with the desire to convey the message that everyone has their own value and the importance of friendship and mutual acceptance.
The musical also features director Lai Bac Hai Dang as an art consultant. As the one who "rectors" a series of meaningful programs for children, the male director affirmed: "The project was born from the mission of creating healthy entertainment programs, rich in aesthetics and nurturing good awareness for children that Starlab has always pursued and devoted a lot of effort to in the past time.
Through multi-sensory interactive activities, instead of just passive entertainment through modern technologies, musical plays not only help children participate actively in entertainment but also promote their imagination, creating a rich world for themselves".
Meanwhile, the program's general director - musician, music producer Hoang Anh Minh said: "We want to use musical elements to tell a Vietnamese story, specifically for Vietnamese children. I think that Vietnamese children deserve to enjoy a truly spiritual food for them - the true quality and soul of their Vietnamese people".
The musical " Kurt's special effects" also features many familiar artists including: Boy group Oplus participated in a musical for the first time as De Men; young female singer Bui Ha My - once famous in the TV game show "The Voice Kids 2015" will take on the role of Hoa Thuy Tien; The main character - Kurt is played by artist Tran Anh Duc, the prominent singer in the "The Voice 2017" contest.
"Qurt's special effects" will be performed on Vietnam Family Day (September 28), with two performances at 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. at Au Co Theater, Hanoi.
