On the morning of February 3rd, at the Library space of Lam Dong province, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lam Dong province coordinated with units to organize the Binh Ngo Spring Book, Newspaper and Photo Exhibition 2026 with the theme "Spring - A successful start", attracting a large number of students and people to participate.
The event was held in a vibrant emulation atmosphere to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2026) and to celebrate the success of the 14th National Party Congress.
The Binh Ngo Spring Book and Newspaper Fair 2026 is not only an annual cultural activity at the beginning of the year but also has profound political and social significance.
Through the display and introduction of publications and propaganda materials about the 14th National Party Congress, National Assembly elections and People's Councils at all levels, the event contributes to spreading historical, cultural and spirit of innovation values.
The 2026 Spring Book and Newspaper Fair also introduces a panoramic picture of socio-economic and cultural achievements through book, newspaper, and photo publications from the Central to local levels; and at the same time honors the labor achievements of artists and journalists nationwide after a year of creativity and dedication.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lam Dong province, said that the 2026 Binh Ngo Spring Book, Newspaper and Photo Exhibition is organized on a larger scale than in previous years.
Accordingly, the book fair displays and introduces more than 2,500 books, newspapers, and magazines with content about the Communist Party of Vietnam, President Ho Chi Minh; history, culture, geography, customs, festivals, and traditional Tet of the Vietnamese nation.
Literary works, children's literature; and publications reflecting the achievements of economic, political, and social development of Lam Dong province.
In addition, the program also displays Spring newspapers and magazines of the Central Government and localities; images of the country, Spring and Lam Dong province; Spring newspaper publications of nearly 34 provinces and cities across the country.
Within the framework of the book fair, there are also many rich activities such as the online Spring newspaper exhibition of the Central and local levels on the Electronic Information Page of the Lam Dong Provincial Library; arranging art book models; writing calligraphy to serve people visiting and asking for calligraphy at the beginning of Spring.
The 2026 Binh Ngo Spring Book, Newspaper and Photo Exhibition of Lam Dong province takes place until February 28, 2026.
Activities are organized at Lam Dong Provincial Library (14 Tran Phu, Xuan Huong ward - Da Lat) and provincial Library facilities in Phan Thiet ward (old Binh Thuan) and Bac Gia Nghia ward (old Dak Nong), creating favorable conditions for people to visit and learn.
