For units that have been reorganized and reorganized, the Department of Home Affairs is conducting an appraisal of their functions, tasks, and powers to submit to competent authorities for promulgation according to regulations.
For Associations assigned by the Party and the State, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee is presiding over and coordinating with agencies and units to develop an Arrangement Plan to submit to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for consideration and comments.
Regarding the settlement of policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers, as of July 31, 2025, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee has settled for 2,003 people according to Decree No. 178 of the Government with a total cost of VND 1,276,279 million.
At the same time, the People's Committee has also implemented Decree No. 154 for 146 cases of non-professional workers at the commune level and resolved 7 cases of cadres who are not re-elected, reappointed and quit their jobs or retire at will.
Also in the past, Lam Dong has seconded civil servants from departments, branches and sectors to work at departments and units under the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones to support the operation of local governments at the commune level.
