According to the People's Committee of Hoa Cuong ward, the unit has coordinated with technology consulting units to survey the current situation, standardize professional processes and digitize data in many key areas. Previously, on March 24, Hoa Cuong ward was selected by the National Department of Digital Transformation as one of the localities surveyed to serve the construction of commune-level digital transformation models nationwide.
The Hoa Cuong Ward Digital Government system is designed with the goal of integrating centralized data, built on a multi-layered GIS digital map platform and specialized nghiệp vụ subsystems.
Through the system, data from fields such as population management, construction permits, business households, social security subjects, urban order... are converted to a unified focal point. The system provides a smart operating Dashboard screen for ward leaders, visually updating socio-economic indicators, public services and the progress of work processing of each department in real time.

Mr. Truong Thanh Dung - Chairman of Hoa Cuong Ward People's Committee shared: "Digital transformation is not only applying technology to daily work but also changing management methods. Hoa Cuong Digital Government System will be a tool to support officials and civil servants to handle work faster and more transparently, helping leaders direct and operate based on actual data.
To ensure interoperability, the system is connected to the city's data infrastructure through the LGSP Data Integration and Sharing Axis. At the same time, it is connected to national databases through the NDXP platform, minimizing data duplication and ensuring the data principle "Correct - sufficient - Clean - Live".
In which, digital maps for urban infrastructure management allow people to visually monitor the situation of green trees, lighting, and surveillance cameras in the area, send field reports with specific locations for the government to receive and handle promptly. Virtual assistants are also integrated to help people look up and perform administrative procedures anytime, anywhere.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hong - Director of Da Nang City Department of Science and Technology acknowledged the initial efforts of the locality in proactively researching and applying digital technology to management work.
However, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hong also noted that the announcement of the new system is only the beginning. To make the system effective in the long term, the Director of the Department of Science and Technology requested Hoa Cuong Ward People's Committee to focus on a number of key tasks: continue to update and complete the digital data warehouse; ensure the unified operation of the system with the city's digital government architecture framework; gradually research the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in data analysis; pay attention to information security and safety; and always take the satisfaction of people and businesses as a measure of the system's effectiveness.
