    From the opening session to now, our Party Congress has received an additional 339 congratulatory letters and telegrams from political parties, organizations, international friends and Vietnamese people abroad, including 58 letters and telegrams from political parties, 11 letters and telegrams, messages from regional and international organizations, 62 letters and telegrams from individuals, 120 letters and telegrams from people's organizations and localities abroad and 88 letters and telegrams from Vietnamese associations abroad.
