    On May 29, 2025, at the 9th Session, the 15th National Assembly passed a Resolution on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of social housing (NOXH). The Resolution takes effect from June 1, 2025 and is applied for a period of 5 years, except for a number of articles related to the establishment of a national housing fund, the assignment of investors and investment procedures for social housing projects, effective from July 1, 2025.
