“Currently, the company has many welfare policies and allowances for employees such as diligence bonuses, travel allowances, support for raising children under 6 years old, etc. When joining the company, employees will be trained on welfare policies, rules and regulations for 2 days. After that, we will train them on working skills so that employees can start their work in the best way,” said Ms. Oanh.
Assessing the recruitment situation at the company, Ms. Oanh said that the quality of new recruits is quite guaranteed with many young workers. However, compared to the first 6 months of 2024, the number of employees coming to the company to apply for jobs in the last 6 months of the year tends to decrease.
