Some units pay salaries at a high level compared to the general level of industrial parks in the province such as: Thien An Vietnam Wood Industry Company Limited reaches about 7.5 million VND/person/month; Vietnam International Mineral Joint Stock Company with an average salary of about 7 million VND/person/month.
The leader of the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Yen Bai province said that in general, enterprises have implemented and complied with the provisions of labor law such as: Implementing contracts, signing labor contracts with employees, paying employees wages equal to or higher than the regional minimum wage, participating in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for employees according to regulations.
It is known that by the end of March 2025, the total number of investment projects in industrial parks in Yen Bai province that have been granted investment policy decisions is 96 projects.
Of which, 47 projects have been tested and put into production; 14 projects have started construction and are in the basic construction phase; 35 projects are in the process of completing procedures and have not yet been implemented.
