Awarding more than 7,000 job opportunities at Dong A University Job Fair, Da Nang

On the morning of April 11, Dong A University, Da Nang organized the 17th Annual Job Fair - 2025, aiming to connect students with employers.

Taking place right before the Graduation Ceremony, this year's festival recorded the record participation of 76 domestic and foreign enterprises, bringing more than 7,087 diverse job positions to students.

The event attracted the participation of leaders of the Da Nang Young Entrepreneurs Association, the Vietnam E-commerce Association (VECOM), the Da Nang Software Business Association, representatives of FDI enterprises in the Central region and a large number of students of Dong A University.

Dr. Do Trong Tuan - Permanent Vice Principal of Dong A University - shared: "The 2025 Job Fair attracted more than 5,000 registrations and interviews at 68 direct booths and 8 units sending recruitment information. This is the year with the largest number of enterprises, recruitment positions, fields and participants ever.

The special highlight of this year's event is the E -Commerce Festival - Ecom Day 2025, first organized by Dong A University, organized with VECOM in the Central - Central Highlands region. The event includes cooperation and recruitment activities of 6 E-commerce enterprises and digital business competitions for students. Mr. Vo Van Khanh - Chief Representative of Vecom in the Central - Central Highlands region, emphasized the importance of training young human resources sensitive to technology (AI, Big Data) to catch the trend of outstanding development of e -commerce and digital business in Vietnam.

Also at the opening session, Dong A University signed 14 more cooperation documents with enterprises, bringing the total number of associated partners to more than 680 units. These cooperation not only expand internship opportunities and practical career experiences but also prioritize recruitment of students from Dong A University after graduation.

The atmosphere at the recruitment booths was bustling with thousands of interviews. Student Tran Quoc Anh (final year, Graphic Design) excitedly shared: "The festival is a great opportunity to directly approach employers and demonstrate their abilities." Former student Nguyen Thai Nhat Anh (Chinese Language), now an employer of Foxlink Da Nang, expressed his impression of the skills and professional attitude of the undergraduate students.

Before the festival, students were equipped with digital age job search skills through the topics. The event is not only for final year students but also attracts second and third year students to seek early internship opportunities. Following this success, Dong A University plans to organize the 10th Japan Employment Day in May, promising to bring many opportunities for international career development for students.
